What is the cost of the Disciple-Making Summit?
The Summit cost per participant is $100 ($60 for conference fee and $40 for the meal package)
Can I attend the conference for only one day?
Yes, you may attend for one day. We also have an optional day on Thursday afternoon. The Disciple-Making Summit is designed as a two day experiential conference where you and your leadership team are given the opportunity to discern together where God is moving in and through your church community.
Are there other options available if I am unable to attend the event?
Yes, you may host your own “Leading the Omega Experience” conference at your church.
What is your cancellation policy?
We request that you let us know at least a 72 hour notice of cancellation for a refund of the conference and meal package. Please click here to email.
Is lodging available?
There are many hotels near the summit. If you have questions of which one to choose, please contact us and we would be happy to direct you to a suitable lodging arrangement.
What is included in the meal package? ?
Snacks — an assortment of snacks and drinks are available throughout the summit.
Lunch *Provided both Friday and Saturday.
Dinner *Provided Thursday for Renew, Refresh, Refocus attendees AND provided for everyone on Friday.

Can I bring my children?
While children are important to us, we are unable to accommodate childcare during our events. The events we host are adult learning environments, therefore children are not permitted in any of the sessions.
